How to Order Publications

To Order By eMail
- Payment by credit card is preferred by us. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can invoice you when we send the books.
- You can find details about the publications here.
- With some publications there are book or tape/CD options, please be specific.
- You can find post-and-packaging costs at the foot of this page.
- If you choose to order but not to do the calculations then we will
either bill your credit card for the total or we
will enclose an invoice with the publications that we send.
- To place your order by email, send it to satrs@standrews.org.nz and include the following
- the names of the publications that you want
- your shipping address
- if paying by credit card please supply your credit card type (AMEX, Visa ....); its number AND the expiry date.
and we'll despatch the order and either debit your card or invoice you, according to your preference.
To Order By Mail or Fax
- Print this page on your printer
- Handwrite your requirements on it and mail or fax the order to us.
- You can find details about the publications here.
- With some publications there are book or tape/CD options, please be specific.

bank draft in New Zealand dollars.

- Goods supplied within New Zealand are subject to Goods and Services
Tax which is included in all of the above pricing.
If you require a GST invoice, please let us know at the time of
ordering.

For goods supplied outside of New Zealand we have allowed for the tax
credit in setting the "Post and Packaging" charge.
Tape Packaging
No specific measures are taken to protect the tapes from magnetic
damage, it being our experience to date that such damage is rare. If
you have concerns of this kind, please let us know at the time of
ordering. Additional packaging charges would apply.
